The hotel occupies a modernist building constructed in 1913 and given the name 'Casa Evarist Juncosa'. The building retains its original façade and modernist elements, which include the colourful glass and the wrought iron work. The Hotel HCC Regente is located on one of the main streets in the city center, Rambla Catalunya, in Barcelona’s historical, business and shopping area. The hotel has 79 rooms completely refurbished in February 2012, all of them equipped with satellite LCD TV, air conditioning and heating, minibar, free safe, direct-dial telephone, free WiFi connection and complete bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, auxiliary telephone and a carefully-selected range of toiletries.
